We are hiring a Manufacturing Quality Cell Leader to oversee quality in our manufacturing operations. Lead a team of inspectors. implement quality control processes & ensure regulatory compliance. Join us to drive excellence in manufacturing quality.

We are looking for a minimum 5 years’ experience for engineer position. Must have exposure to various metal cutting processes in automotive industry. Hands on experience in turning & milling will be an advantage.

Good knowledge in Excel, Techno-Commercial in SP, Forgings, Castings. Costing, Vendor Management, Communication, Negotiation, Good Knowledge in SAP (HANA, MM)

Responsible for plant layout design, project coordination, and supplier management. Ensure efficient project execution and thorough documentation. Strong communication skills needed to coordinate teams and maintain project timelines.

Manage SAP S/4HANA logistics, DC, RGN, E-Way Bill processes, and inventory management. Optimize warehouse operations, ensure compliance, and analyze data for improvements. Strong SAP knowledge required.

CNC/ VMC MACHINING EXPERIENCE, GD&T, TOOL CHAGE, OFFSET, TURNING, MILLING.

Knowledge about Customer Quality, Communication with customer, Defect analysis with internal team, Documents updating, Customer portal knowledge & its system, 8D preparation, Awareness of audit & NC closure, MIS preparation. Kno about NPD Quality.

Minimum 5 years of experience in NPD, reading and understanding stage drawing, control plan, PFD, PPAP documentation, Auto cad, process knowledge, manufacturing trouble shooting, Strong in PPAP documentation. knowledge in CNC/VMC preffered.

Line inspection, rejection/rework analysis, line monitoring, GD&T, gauges & instruments knowledge, SAR approvals, PIR verification, drawing reading, 7QC tools, vmm & contour knowledge, machining & precision knowledge.

Vision measuring machine, Contour tracer, Roughness tester, Roundness tester, 2D Hight master, Data monitoring and storage, Accessories knowledge prob, softener basic knowledge.

1. Handling of gauges and instruments 2. visual inspection skills

Manpower Handling, IATF and ISO documentation, VMC/CNC Programming and Settings, SAP in PP Module, FMEA, TPM, 5S, Kannada Language Mandatory.
