Role & responsibilities Worked as Head Maintenance for minimum 4 to 5 years in a mechanical company Can handle and guide 5-7 team members Can handle and guide 5 -7 team members maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, civil, CNC etc.) Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules Monitor breakdowns and ensure quick resolutions to minimize downtime Manage and mentor a team of maintenance engineers and technicians Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards Coordinate with production and quality teams to enhance machine efficiency Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations Maintain records of maintenance work and prepare reports for management Personality Traits Leadership & Team Player Good Communication Motivating the Team Technological Skillful Can do Maintenance work in timeline Skills & knowledge 1. Computer SAP, MS office 2. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance 3. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving 4. Team Management 5. Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Kaizen (preferred) 6.
