Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: Maintenance of CNC machine, CNC programming- Fanuc & Siemens. Ensure process capability - CMK & CPK & mitigation plans to achieve the target Capabilities of Machine and Process. Need to have knowledge of MTTR & MTBF. Preventive, predictive Maintenance of Machines, DG, Transformer, compressor & VCB Panel. CNC Machine (Ball screw, Index Table ,Spindle,Etc) Maintenance of spares Handling & Safety stock control. Documentation such as Cycle time study, PFD, PFMEA, CP, SOP. PLC (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, DMG Morey)etc. Sound knowledge on the electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagram understanding. Knowledge On Trouble shooting of I/O ports. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Sound knowledge of CNC machine, CNC programming- Fanuc & Siemens. Knowledge of preventive, predictive Maintenance of Machines, DG, Transformer, compressor & VCB Panel. Knowledge in Cycle time study, PFD, PFMEA, CP, SOP. Knowledge on CNC Concept (Servo motor & Servo drives) . Sound knowledge on ladder diagram modification - Fanuc & Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta. Knowledge on plc Ladder Drawing Modification. Tamil Nadu Electricity board C Licence (Must) Handling of hand tools, electrical Gauges & common test equipment for calibration Qualifications / Experience: Diploma, BE or BTech or high or equivalent Degree. Electrical Background added advantage. 3 to 7 years of experience in maintenance department. Working Days : 6 Days ( Mon - Sat )
