Roles and Responsibilities Perform electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance. Develop and implement design development plans for new projects or improvements to existing systems. Implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality products and processes. Collaborate with production planning teams to optimize production schedules and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Desired Candidate Profile 1-7 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, TPM, TQM (Total Quality Management), Preventive Maintenance, Design Development, Electrical Engineering or related fields. Freshers can also apply Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution in Any Specialization. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices; knowledge of industrial automation systems an asset.
