Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with the FST to schedule and conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the continuous availability and optimal performance of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs). Monitor and analyze data from ROV operations to identify potential issues, proactively addressing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans to extend the lifespan of workshop assets and minimize disruptions during critical operations. Ensure Compliance to Statutory norms inclusive of dock safety test for lifting equipment, Certifications for the Pressure Vessel. Collaborate with procurement/supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment of critical components, minimizing delays in ROV Maintenance Cycle Conduct root cause analyses for recurring problems and implement corrective actions to enhance the overall reliability of the ROV systems Design and deliver training programs for peers, focusing on ROV operation, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new ROV Technicians & Engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment Oversee the maintenance and calibration of workshop assets, including testing equipment, tools, and supporting infrastructure. Adhere to and enforce strict safety protocols during ROV operations and maintenance activities Maintain comprehensive documentation of ROV maintenance activities, troubleshooting procedures, and inventory management processes Train the team on Workshop emergency procedures and conduct periodic drills to ensure readiness. Handle fire safety equipment and ensure compliance to Periodic Maintenance Ensure Complete Compliance to the SLA of Various Processes in the CMMS Educational background: Diploma / B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Electronics.
