Maintenance Engineer- Stamping Division (Rotor -Stator )

Job Description

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for rotor and stator stamping machines. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of stamping presses, servo motors, and PLC systems. Breakdown Maintenance: Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting in case of equipment failure. Minimize downtime by prompt resolution of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues. Machine Calibration and Alignment: Ensure accurate calibration of machines to maintain precision in rotor and stator production. Perform die alignment and machine adjustments to ensure product quality. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, downtime, and spare parts usage. Generate reports on machine performance and suggest improvements. Spare Management: Ensure critical spare parts availability by coordinating with the inventory management team. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures during maintenance activities. Provide training on safety protocols to the maintenance team. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving machine efficiency and reducing breakdown incidents. Work on reducing cycle time and enhancing productivity. Collaboration: Coordinate with the production team for smooth machine handover after maintenance. Collaborate with OEMs and vendors for technical support and upgrades.
