Job description TOKAI RIKA MINDA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is an Autoparts manufacturing company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Key Responsibilities. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of Mechanical machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with mold machines. Perform repairs and adjustments of machines as needed, including replacing worn or damaged parts. Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to manufacturing operations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for machines to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance machine efficiency and productivity. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Knowledge on PLC, HMI Experience. Spare Management, ISOTS/ EMS Audit system. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field. Previous experience working with mechanical machines in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance principles. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to mold machine operations.
