Role & responsibilities : Maintaining detailed records of maintenance work performed, including dates, costs, parts used, and follow-up actions. This helps in budgeting and tracking recurring issues. Responding to and addressing maintenance requests from tenants or property managers, including plumbing issues, electrical faults, broken appliances. Ensuring that common areas like hallways, lobbies, parking lots, and amenities (e.g., gyms, pools) are clean, functional, and properly maintained. Keeping tenants informed about maintenance schedules, disruptions, or any important updates related to property repairs or improvements. Responding to tenant maintenance complaints and service requests, ensuring a quick resolution to improve tenant satisfaction and reduce complaints or disputes. Conducting regular inspections of buildings, common areas, and systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical) to identify maintenance needs and prevent major issues. Preferred candidate profile : Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Maintenance role , Query resolving, or administrative support, preferably in a real estate setting. Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and address issues as they arise. Organizational skills ability to prioritize tasks, manage work orders, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Time management skills ability to efficiently handle emergency and routine tasks. Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities. Ability to handle phone calls, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner. Knowledge of real estate industry terms, procedures, and best practices (preferred but not mandatory).
