Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Executive located in Chennai. The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring the proper functioning of all facilities. The role involves routinely inspecting and maintaining equipment, handling emergency repairs, and coordinating with external service providers. Additionally, the Maintenance Executive will maintain records of all maintenance activities and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Qualifications Experience in equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance Knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certifications are a plus Experience in the food service or retail industry is advantageous Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Requirement : QSR Experience Show more Show less
