Overseeing the work of electricians, technicians, and contractors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines. Developing and managing electrical installation and maintenance projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and implementing safety procedures. Monitoring and managing the inventory of electrical supplies and ordering as needed. Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
