Job Description: Maintenance Manager Position Title: Maintenance Manager Reporting To: Sr. Maintenance Manager Location: Mumbai Position Type: Full-time CTC: As per industry standards Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred Experience: Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within engineering or restaurant departments Job Overview: The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations of all interior and exterior restaurant facilities. This role is critical for maintaining safety standards, ensuring operational readiness of all systems, and providing timely, quality support for guest satisfaction. Core Responsibilities: Lead daily operations of the maintenance department Plan, prioritize, and supervise the completion of routine and special maintenance tasks Oversee preventive and emergency maintenance for: Mechanical and electrical systems HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, water treatment units Fire safety and other critical infrastructure Ensure guest maintenance issues are resolved promptly and professionally Maintain the restaurant’s physical infrastructure to both operational and aesthetic standards Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and service schedules Manage inventory of tools, materials, and supplies, ensuring safe storage Conduct regular inspections of utility and mechanical areas Attend Facility/Property Management meetings and share updates with team Manage AMC contracts and vendor coordination for maintenance services Train staff on safety, repair procedures, and equipment handling Monitor compliance with fire alarms, CCTV, baggage scanners, and other security systems Implement emergency protocols and energy-saving programs Enforce uniform and grooming standards within the maintenance team Track departmental KPIs and support budgetary and operational planning Key Skills & Competencies: Expertise in building systems and maintenance operations Proven leadership and team-building skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with a service-first mindset Capable of staying calm under pressure and managing emergencies effectively Application Instructions: 📧 Send your CV to: recruitment@pebblestreethospitality.com 📞 Contact: +91 9324921116 / +91 9324909992
