Maintenance Manager (Pulp Mill)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for pulp mill equipment (digesters, refiners, pumps, etc.). Troubleshooting & Repairs: Lead troubleshooting and ensure timely repairs of pulp mill machinery. Team Leadership: Supervise and train maintenance staff on equipment, safety, and procedures. Condition Monitoring & Inspections: Conduct regular equipment inspections and implement monitoring systems to detect potential failures. Budget & Cost Control: Manage maintenance budget and spare parts inventory. Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency improvements, machinery upgrades, and process optimizations. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Collaboration: Work with production, quality, and engineering teams to align maintenance with production goals. Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance activities, downtime, and performance metrics.
