Role & responsibilities Plant Machinery Maintenance Electrical Knowledge Budget Daily MIS Report Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities Ability to keep track of and report on activity Project Handling Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment Experience in planning maintenance operations Negotiation Skill Preferred candidate profile Sheet Metals & Alloy Wheels Industry Perks and benefits
