Job Description

Oracle Cloud Implementation: Lead the implementation ofOracle Cloud Installed Base solutions, including system design, configuration,testing, deployment, and optimization, master data setup, flexfields and mashupsubtabs. - Process Optimization: Design and optimizeinstalled base processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customerexperience - Project Management: Oversee project timelinesand deliverables, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time,within budget, and to specification - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely withfinance, IT, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the installed basesolution aligns with business needs and integrates smoothly with other systems - System Understanding: Working knowledge ofbusiness asset tracking needs, extend installed base solution into mashupsubtabs if required, understand flexfield capabilities and constraints ininstalled base application. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in installedbase focused on Oracle Cloud solutions - Demonstrated experience in successfullyimplementing Oracle Cloud Installed Base modules - Strong project management skills andexperience leading complex projects. - Deep understanding of asset lifecycle - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, andtechnical skills - Effective communication and interpersonalskills for managing diverse stakeholder groups Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle Cloud Order Management Certification Maintenance Management Key Responsibilities: - Oracle Cloud Implementation: Lead theimplementation of Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management solutions, includingsystem design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization - Process Optimization: Design and optimizemaintenance management processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customerexperience - Project Management: Oversee project timelinesand deliverables, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time,within budget, and to specification - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely withfinance, IT, sales, and cloud supply chain teams to ensure the maintenancemanagement solution aligns with business needs and integrates smoothly withother systems - System Understanding: Have a working knowledgeof Maintenance Management processes like understanding Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Maintenance Programs, Maintenance Work Requirements, Maintenance Forecasts, Maintenance Work Definitions, Maintenance Work Ordersetc
