Role & responsibilities Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.Performing general electrical maintenance.Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.

Manager (Dairy Farm)Majara Dairy Farm (MDF) operates from village Majara on Ludhiana / Sangrur district borders, about 8 km from Mandi Ahmedgarh.With approximately 2600 livestock MDF is the largest dairy farm operator in Punjab and one of the largest in India.MDF started operations in 2009 with the prime objective of producing the cleanest milk possible from a disease free herd whilst developing relations with farmers for cultivation of animal fodder.MDF is also one of the biggest breeders of Holstein stock in India with over 1,000 calvings projected for 2025.MDF aims to achieve accelerated genetic advertisement of its herd through the use sexed semen and embryo transfer technology.At the time of inception the management of MDF were confident that within a decade or so there would be more than 100 similar farms in India. Unfortunately, that has not been the case and most large farms that have been set-up in the last 2 decades have either closed or are closing.MDF management still subscribes to the same industry vision and aims to acts as a catalyst for large farm set-up and growth in India.MDF is seeking an experienced Senior Executive-accounts.POSITION DESCRIPTION The Sr. Executive Accounts will work under the general direction of the Manager Accounts. Sr. Executive manages the financial activities and accounting functions, computer operations and supervises accounting staff. Sr. Executive also performs difficult and complex statistical analyses and assists with annual budget preparations. Sr. executive is in-charge of the annual financial audit and develops and distributes internal financial reports.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee smooth and efficient running of the finance department.Ensure compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements.Maintain integrity of accounting system (Software) ensuring it remains effective and operational at all times. Ensure all taxation and legislative requirements are compiled with all times.Monthly reconciliation of all ledgers and sub ledgers.Monitor and manage insurance claims.Prepare and finalize year end year statutory accounts report specified date and presented to Director for review.Managing fund flows.You will be reporting to Manager Accounts which may be changed in due course.QUALIFICATION AND SKILLSPost graduate (M.com/M.B.A finance, Graduate B.com with 3-5 years of experience incorporating analysis and problem solving principles with in a medium to larger organization.Candidate must have exposure of in dealing with taxation.Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication both verbal and written.Candidate must have strong accounting skills.You will be reporting to Manager Accounts which may be changed in due course.
