Job Title: Male Sales Executive – Evening Shift (3 PM to 10 PM) About Us: We are one of India’s leading organizations specializing in trekking and expeditions in the Himalayas. Our mission is to promote safe hiking and trekking practices and to pave the way for emerging adventure activities. Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Male Sales Executive for the Evening Shift (3 PM to 10 PM). In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, manage customer relationships, and contribute to achieving our sales targets. Your responsibilities will also include handling administrative tasks and effectively managing the sales process using CRM and other software tools. Key Responsibilities: Research prospects and generate leads. Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints efficiently. Manage the sales process through CRM and related software. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services. Arrange meetings with potential clients and address their needs and concerns. Create regular reviews and reports on sales and revenue data. Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences. Negotiate and close deals while effectively handling objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to engage in effective storytelling, active listening, and objection handling. A positive, confident, and determined attitude. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection. High self-motivation and ambition with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
