Job Description

Responsibilities of Manager Digital Marketing Oversee intake and execution workflow for digital marketing and lead generation activities in partnership with cross-functional internal stakeholders Analyse and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance. Generate leads from every possible source while controlling overall ROI and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department Track, report and optimize key business metrics across different channels using a variety of tools Researching and analysing performance drivers to improve future campaign profitability/growth and contributing towards yearly marketing budgets, KPIs and sales forecasts Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC and ROAS End-to-end coordination with partner media agencies for successful deployment of campaigns. Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns across various online platforms Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies Have managed the budgets of at least 10-15 crores per annum Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies Achieve company sales targets using paid marketing channels: o Google : Search, YouTube, AdWords, GDN, GDC, Pmax, Affiliates, Bing Meta Reach, Awareness and conversion, re-targeting Social : Facebook, Instagram Education Portals – Shiksha, College Dekho, Career 360, Get my Uni & Others Obsessive focus on on-page conversion, CPM, CPC, cost of acquisition and ROAS Lead video content marketing using creatives, audiences, A/B tests Build cross-platform FUNNELS to implement retargeting strategies Working knowledge of SEO is preferanble Education & Skills 1. BCA/ MCA, BTech from Top Tier University 2. 7- 12 years of brand experience in Agency, Edtech, FMCG, Banking, Airlines, Travel and other service-oriented industries 3. Strong background and experience in lead generation, tech stack, API Integration 4. Excellent analytical, creative, strategic, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changes. 5.
