Job Description

Managed Services Analyst - (Exp 2-4 yrs) Managed services role will typically involve manging, optimizing, and supporting the delivery of (Saas) services to clients, ensuring smooth operations of their systems and infrastructure. This role will include monitoring, maintenance, and problem resolution with a focus on client satisfaction and service levels agreement. Key Responsibilities – Service Delivery: Ensuring that services meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). Client Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients regarding service status, issues, and improvements. Problem Resolution: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively. Documentation: Maintaining up-to-date documentation for service arrangements, configurations, and procedures. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing proactive support. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualifications – Graduation in any stream with an MBA will be added advantage Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of Reconciliation products and types. Data Acquisition knowledge will be an added advantage. Technical Expertise Strong understanding of IT systems, SQL, DBA, RDBMS networking, operating systems, and related technologies. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technology and client needs. Problem-solving skills: Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Communication skills: Ability to clearly and concisely convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
