Job Title: General Management Intern Company: Indian Wine Company – Animal Beverages Division Location: Sec 40, Gurugram Internship Duration: 2 months’ Stipend: 5000 INR per month Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM About Us: Animal Beverages is the premium 15% alcoholic beverage brand under the Indian Wine Company. Role Overview: As a General Management Intern , you will gain cross-functional exposure by working closely with key departments such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. This role is ideal for proactive and ambitious individuals looking to understand how various functions integrate to drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and execution of daily business operations Support data analysis and dashboard reporting for sales and inventory Collaborate with sales and distribution teams for market insights and forecasting Participate in brand strategy discussions and marketing campaign tracking Work with the finance team to support budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking Help prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews Contribute to process improvement initiatives across departments Conduct competitive benchmarking and consumer trend analysis Whom We’re Looking For: Currently pursuing MBA/PGDM or equivalent in General Management, Marketing, Operations, or related fields Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Sheets and dashboards a plus Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a team player Interest in the alcoholic beverage/FMCG industry is a plus Show more Show less
