Business Roles (Product, Sales, Customer Success): Sales: Master the art of consultative selling, understanding customer pain points, and offering tailored solutions Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers Utilize various channels including cold calling, networking events, and online resources to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our AI-powered CRM+ERP platform Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Product Development: Work closely with the product team to understand market needs and translate them into product requirements Assist in the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate product assumptions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure timely and successful product releases Monitor product performance and user feedback, iterating and improving features to enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the customer lifecycle Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing training and support to ensure a seamless transition to our platform Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services based on customer needs and usage patterns Leverage product expertise to provide ongoing education and training to clients, empowering them to maximize the value of our solution Monitor and analyze customer usage data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
