Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee at our location in Hyderabad. The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning and implementing various managerial roles, overseeing daily operations, assisting in business development, and improving operational efficiency. The trainee will be involved in activities such as market analysis, inventory management, staff coordination, and customer relations. The role requires hands-on training across different departments to prepare for a future managerial position. Qualifications Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in market analysis and business development Ability to manage inventory and ensure operational efficiency Experience in customer relations and staff coordination Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various roles and responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred Previous experience in the food industry is a plus Show more Show less
