Role & responsibilities Management Trainee candidate will undergo various training and eventually will be trained for next level that is Shift Manager. Initial 3 Months will be Crew Training which will involve working on all stations as Crew & getting certified on all Burger King Basic and all stations. Post that 3 Months will be based on handling below tasks, over shadowing the current Shift Manager a) Positioning of Crew at various stations. b) Handling Guest Service c) Maintaining SOS d) Inventory Management e) Shift Management f) Cash Management g) Opening & Closing of Store h) MaintainingREV Standards
