Management Trainee Position Summary : Gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under the direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties. Role: Trained on various key metrics to analyze the process for your clients Training will be provided on team handling and other leadership qualities Will be trained to Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage your clients Report on the progress of team goals and objectives lined to organizational goals Training for managerial /supervisory positions. Job Location: Domain : Medical Billing Venue : Prochant , Block 6, 7 th Floor, DLF IT Park, Manappakkam, Chennai -600089 Shift Timing - 6.30pm to 3.30am (Free Dinner provided) Two way cab is provided for Female Employees. Working Days 5 days a week (Fixed weekend off) NOTE: This role is not for HR Operations, Candidates from HR recruitment, Marketing, and Sales backgrounds will NOT be considered
