Program Overview & Objectives: This intensive 6-month joint initiative is designed to immerse management trainees in diverse business verticals and functions across a network of 3 startups and 3 technical/business communities. The program aims to equip individuals with practical experience and corporate exposure, preparing them for potential future professional roles within the partner ecosystem. Trainees will have the autonomy to select their own tasks and projects, fostering proactive engagement and tailored learning. Ability to create synergies between personal career motivations and the program's standard operating procedures. Required Candidate Attributes: High level of Enthusiasm. Strong Personal Effort in administration, time, and resource management. Developing Business Acumen. Progressive aptitude geared towards becoming commercial and professional, ready for potential regular onboarding post-program. Program Cost & Financial Assistance: Full Program Fee: INR 5,40,000 (invested in the enterprise-grade resources provided). Sponsorship & Scholarship: Candidates can qualify for financial assistance covering 40% to 75% of the fee, based on performance in 2 rounds of Assessment and Interview. Candidates are not required to pay the full amount upfront if awarded sponsorship/scholarship. Compensation & Future Prospects: Internship Pay: This is not a paid internship. Job Guarantee: Successful completion of the program does not guarantee future employment. Potential Onboarding: The program is designed to make participants highly desirable candidates for the partnering startups. Trainees may have the opportunity to continue employment at an annual package of INR 6,00,000 after completing their undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Certification Awarded Upon Completion: Program Certificate from HCDS Technologies. Internship Certificate(s) from partnering businesses involved. Project Trainee Certificate(s) from participating communities. Program Exit: Participants who complete the 6-month program but are not interested in pursuing continued engagement with HCDS Technologies or its partners can exit the program with their earned certifications.
