Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Management Trainees Project Sales to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are eager to build a career in real estate sales, develop key business skills, and grow within our organization. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in project sales, client management, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development o Learn and understand real estate project sales processes. Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and client interactions. o Support the sales team in achieving project-specific targets. Client Relationship Management : Engage with prospective buyers and provide them with project details. Assist in organizing site visits and addressing client queries. Maintain and update customer databases and track interactions. Market Research & Analysis o Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences. o Analyze competitor projects and pricing strategies. o Provide insights to improve sales strategies. Sales Coordination & Documentation o Support the team with sales documentation and agreement processing. o Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales transactions. o Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analysis. Training & Learning o Participate in structured training sessions on real estate sales, negotiations, and customer engagement. o Work closely with mentors and senior leaders to gain practical industry insights. o Develop key sales and leadership skills for future career growth. Desired Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-oriented. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Qualifications: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related fields (recent graduates or final-year students). Passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a career in sales.
