Administration & Facility Management Job Responsibilities Excellent Organizational & multiskilling abilities Experience of Facility management , Security & Fire services , Canteen / Cafeteria Operations, Transport / Logistic management , Liaison with Government &local authorities including Police and community groups , mail room management , Vendor Management MIS report generation & custody – maintain the MIS report for ready reference , retrieval & sharing to concern Develop Strategies for all administrative functions ad implement to run effective services Control , supervise , and manage complete administrative services and facilities management to provide an exceptional customer services experience to both internal & external customers Preparing of revenue & capex budget Analytical & problem solving skills Regulatory Compliance of the commercial offices Legatrix- completion of assigned activities within timeline Vendor Management Support/ PO/Payment Process to External Agencies Digitalization of admin process and its effective implementation Query Handling of both internal & external customers Handling Travel Management – Hotel stay ,logistics & travel ( Air / rail / Bus ) through q2t portal Event management & Employee engagement coordination Resolve queries of employees regarding online training modules, training content of planned trainings External Liasioning – Visit to office of Government & local Bodies, labour department, Police, community groups Stakeholder Profiles & Nature Of Interactions Internal HR, Employees External Vendors Desired Candidate Profile Fluency in speaking local Kanadda Language would be an added advantage Knowledge of ADMIN, FACILITY and TRAVEL management function Graduate/Post-Graduate with 5+ years of experience. Skills & Competencies Operating in Dynamic environment Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team and follow through with improvement initiatives. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Excellent proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel and Power Point, Knowledge and having exposure to Q2T portal, SEVA PORTAL, RMS Portal, SAMPARK PORTAL, LEGATRIX would be added advantage.
