Role & responsibilities The ideal Candidate will have a blend of strategic insight, expertise in IT applications, This role is crucial in driving our technology vision and ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute IT strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align IT initiatives with business strategies. Lead the Analytics & Software team in implementing cutting- edge technologies to enhance business processes. 2. IT Applications Management: Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of IT applications . Ensure seamless integration of various software applications to streamline operations. Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and processes that improve efficiency and productivity. 3. Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the IT department. Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of IT staff. 4. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Act as a key advisor to the executive team on technology trends and their potential impact on the business. 5. Project Management: Lead major IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget Implement project management methodologies to track progress and achieve project objectives Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout project lifecycles. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
