Role & responsibilities Lead the architectural and Interior design process co-ordination for hospitality projects from concept to completion, ensuring that design and construction align with expectations and project goals. Facilitate the coordination of drawings and data pertaining to architecture and Interior design with other disciplines (structure, MEP, landscape, liaison, interiors, etc.). Facilitate the team's review and validation of the drawings and data shared by the external consultants related to design during various stages (from design development to the construction stage). Create innovative and aesthetically astute architectural and Interior designs that are functional, sustainable, and cost-effective. Incorporate sustainable design principles where applicable. Assist costing team for project budgets by providing relevant information, making recommendations for cost-effective design solutions and materials. Ensuring that timelines for drawing preparation by external consultants are achieved within the estimated cost and time and providing additional support as and when required. To ensure adherence to the project schedule. Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including operators, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met. Prepare the presentations, MOMs, meeting agenda, reports, and briefs required for the project. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure that construction aligns with the approved designs and specifications. Site project report shall be prepared highlighting any deviations or quality issues. Ensure that all architectural designs and construction plans adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Document all drawings and data shared between the team and external agencies on one drive. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in architecture. Ideal candidate will have proven record of 10-12 years of experience in Hospitality / High end luxury residential projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch UP, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Good understanding of Revit, BIM if possible. Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
