Role & responsibilities Successfully manage hectic and ever evolving calendars, ensuring proactive resolution of conflicts. Ensuring timely and accurate submission of expenses and time-sheets. Independently managing travel itineraries and administering the timely procurement of visas and other travel documentation. Providing detailed travel itineraries ahead of time. Rescheduling complex meetings and travel itineraries at short notice. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts. Proactively manage the Managers marketing activities, including assisting the Managers with their Personal Marketing Plans, liaising with the Marketing department Update the firm's client tracking database. Logistical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops. Technical support, including Presentations and online research. Sending regular updates to the partners with a detailed overview of the appointments and travel itineraries. Preferred candidate profile Graduate or Post graduate degree Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint Experience of working in professional services industry is preferred 5-10 years of administrative experience which must have involved supporting multiple people
