Manager Finance ( Operational Excellence ) - To be based at Coimbatore Any Graduate with over 8 + Years of experience in Finance Operations Salary: Not constrain for Right candidate Key responsibilities : Material Management: Conduct regular audits of material inventory and usage to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Develop and implement strategies to optimize material procurement and utilization. Monitor material costs and variances to ensure they are within budget. Collaborate with purchasing and production departments to streamline material flows and reduce waste. Operational Expenses Control: Analyze operational expenses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives across various departments. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational expenses. Metal Balance Validation: Verify the accuracy of metal balances before accounting entries are made. Identify and investigate discrepancies in metal balances. Implement procedures to ensure the integrity of metal inventory records. Expense Reduction: Identify and implement strategies to reduce the quantum of expenses while maintaining operational efficiency. Analyze spending patterns and identify areas for cost-cutting. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing. Fixed Asset and Inventory Level Calculation: Calculate and maintain accurate records of fixed assets and inventory levels. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Cooperation with Finance : Collaborate closely with the finance department to provide accurate and timely financial information.
