Job Summary : - We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee our marketing activities. - The Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating with vendor agencies,maintaining and modifying our website, developing and executing social media strategies,creating creative posts for holidays, managing email campaigns, and planning trade shows including booth set-up and marketing material management. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing management and be able to develop and implement marketing plans to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Coordinate with vendor agencies for marketing activities and campaigns - Maintain and modify the company website as needed - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness - Manage email campaigns and create engaging content to drive customer acquisition and retention - Create creative posts for holidays and special occasions to engage with the target audience - Plan and coordinate trade shows, including booth set-up and marketing material management - Develop and implement marketing plans to meet business objectives - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field - Proven experience in marketing management - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms - Experience with website maintenance and modification - Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and analyse marketing metrics - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software - Experience in trade show planning and coordination is preferred.
