Key Responsibilities of Manager- Brand Marketing Acts as a Brand Custodian of the University. Responsible for defining and communicating the vision, mission, values, and personality of a brand, as well as its positioning, differentiation, and value proposition in the market. Conduct research and analysis to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience, as well as the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the competitors Create a brand architecture, a brand identity, and a brand story that align with the business objectives and resonate with the customers. Lead and inspire a team of brand managers, coordinators, specialists, and assistants, who support them in executing the brand strategy. Ensure that the products align with the brand's values, positioning, and target audience Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, content, design, and marketing. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the brand team and the organization, by encouraging new ideas, experiments, and feedback. Executing and managing the brand strategy across all channels and touchpoints, such as websites, social media, advertising, packaging, events, and customer service. Creating marketing plans, defining campaign objectives, identifying target audience segments, and coordinating with marketing teams to implement campaigns effectively. Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to ensure that the brand message, voice, tone, and visual identity are consistent and coherent in every communication and interaction. Monitor and measure the performance and impact of the brand activities, using metrics such as awareness, recognition, loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy. Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders. Cost & Budget Planning knowledge. Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Education & Skills 1. MBA Marketing from Top tier, Tier II business School 2. 7-11 years of brand experience in University, Colleges, Edtech, FMCG, Banking, Airlines, Travel and other service oriented 3. Strong background and experience in marketing, branding, communication, and research, as well as a solid understanding of the industry, the market, and the customer. 4. Excellent analytical, creative, strategic, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changes. 5.
