Job Role: Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients (contractors, builders, architects, etc.) Promote company products and generate sales leads Visit client sites and conduct product presentations Build and maintain long-term business relationships Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and delivery coordination Achieve monthly sales targets and report regularly to management ✅ Required Qualifications & Skills : Graduate / BBA / MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 6 months of field sales or marketing experience (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, result-driven, and target-oriented Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Benefits: Competitive Salary (Negotiable based on experience) Travel Allowance (TA) Mobile/Telephone Allowance Performance-based incentives Location: Newtown , Kaikhali, Airport , Kolkata & surrounding areas (field visits required) Job Type : Full-time | Field-based Apply Now!
