Were searching for a forward-thinking sales leader who can establish relationships with large Indian companies and advise them on how to create virtual one-on-one individualized connections with their customers. The ideal applicant would be a specialist at building relationships with some of the most sought-after Indian and global businesses by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals. Responsibilities: The Manager of Sales will develop, drive and lead new business opportunities for the firms solutions and services in the Indian market and grow their client base in this region. This leader will support prospective and existing clients and will also have responsibilities for building and leading the sales organization in India. Manage, establish and grow the sales function. To own, drive revenue growth on the top line. There will be opportunities to drive new business development in the Middle East and APAC markets over time. Build relationships across CMOs and CIOs for various Global and Indian brands Lead strategic sales planning and account management process; establish and drive sales quota for India sales associates Connect with key influencers and decision makers in potential client organizations and develop trusted advisory relationships . Understand the firms marketing technology offerings and map their benefits to client needs Lead conversations with CMO/Brand Directors of prospective clients in the pre-sales and solutions process to bring a consultative approach to their marketing and sales challenges Orchestrate work with the Clients, Client Services, Product Delivery teams to ensure high-quality services Acts as the voice of customer across the organization and champion products and solutions with the customer Develop and groom sales team and enable them to upsell solutions Build a world-class sales organization for the firm in India Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction by working collaboratively with Client Services, Product Delivery teams Skills Required: We are looking for a Sales Leader with proven experience in building scaling world class sales organizations. Create value by solving real business problems, and understand the value of coordinating. Proven track record of delivering sales growth across industry verticals. Experience working in a global multinational organization, preferably a marketing technology product or services firm - or Digital Marketing Agency. Strong knowledge in areas of Digital Marketing, Media Understanding, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, SEO. Experience in selling Marketing Technology Solutions and/or Agency Services in the Indian market. Experience in building and growing high performing sales teams . Experience leading sales teams in meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently . Experience working in a global multinational organization, preferably a marketing technology product or services firm.
