Job Description

JD : Business Development Manager: - Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections - Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels - Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets - Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships - Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business - Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes - Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role - Proficiency in English - Market knowledge - Proven track record in sales of software & service - 02 to 03 years of corporate sales experience in the IT/ITES industry is required - MBA in Marketing preferred Key Skills required : - Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for negotiating deals, presenting ideas, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Sales and Marketing Skills: BDMs need to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored pitches. Crafting marketing strategies that align with business goals is also important. - Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically, forecast long-term goals, and develop plans to achieve them is crucial. - Networking and Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers is at the heart of business development
