Job Role : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Business Systems & Automation to lead the setup, optimization, and automation of business systems across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing ERP and MIS platforms, streamlining processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system implementation, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Proven project management and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively. Lead the design, development, and deployment of new business systems and automation tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and implement optimized, automated workflows. Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business systems implementation, ERP/MIS management, or process automation. Proven project management and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
