Job Description

Role & responsibilities To ensure each segment & project meets the sales conversion percentage and To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter To develop & drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office & a team distributed at project sites (direct reporting to this role & dotted-line reporting to respective site head) To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners and to implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners Preferred candidate profile Business Intelligence & Competition Analysis Customer Orientation Channel Partner Management Conceptual and Strategic Thinking Process Adherence Product Knowledge
