Job Description

BE/B Tech Civil - full time Min. Experience 14 years Role & responsibilities To deliver the infrastructure requirements of various internal customers for all their expansion activities and facilitating them in terms of building / shed with associated structural, interior, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, ventilation etc., To take care of civil maintenance aspects like building internal, building external, flooring, ceiling, doors, shutters, windows, structural, road, drain, culverts, etc Understanding the customer requirements comprehensively with future in mind and translate into civil/engineering concepts Vast knowledge on different technological advancement in various construction and utility components / equipment Developing Drawings, RFQ and data based Estimate for Budgetary Approvals Refreshing the vendor base who are competent on high quality, quick delivery with optimum cost Receive and Analyse quotes and validate the pricing among the comparison Conduct Negotiations wherever necessary (as per approval by central team ) Award contracts / Empanel vendors as per approval of central team and close communication with the user department Present key updates, issues to Senior Management / Central team and seek support for de-bottlenecking the issues wherever required without any delay Proven Project Planning with all back-up plans/alternatives to result in quality delivery at optimum cost within expected timeline Liaise with legal department wherever necessary on various service contracts and its renewals or extension
