Job Description Client Service, Operations (Venue Sales) Industry - MICE Be a one point contact for client, liaise with various departments in HITEX and support in smooth conduct of events. Ensure adherence of client and internal departments to the terms of contract agreed by venue sales dept. with client. Ensure the contracted event spaces, surrounding areas, ancillary facilities viz. organisers office, VIP lounge, meeting rooms, etc. are neat and clean at the time of handing over the venue to the client. Ensure full time presence at the event and be available to the client to address their contracted requirements. Maintain a customer focused approach and always maintain positive customer feedback. Liaise with clients, internal departments, police, excise, etc. for smooth conduct of events. Manage VVIP movements in HITEX, ensure smooth functioning of events.
