Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Manager – Content to strengthen our brand presence in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be a content writing specialist with a strong understanding of branding, digital engagement, and internal and external communication. You will play a pivotal role in building consistent brand messaging across channels and providing creative and content support to key customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management Develop compelling content for social media, website, emailers for both internal and external stakeholders. Content Distribution - Planning and executing content distribution across various channels, including email, database marketing etc. Support senior leadership in the management of their digital footprint and PR initiatives. Collaborate with designers, videographers and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets. Manage and execute content calendars in collaboration with the digital agency. Branding & Communication Support the Communication Lead in planning and executing communication strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company’s style guide and voice across all content deliverables. Coordinate and support public relations (PR) activities including drafting press releases and managing agency relations. Management & Reporting Work closely with internal departments to understand communication needs and provide brand-aligned creative support. Collaborate with external partners including creative agencies, PR firms, and freelancers for content and campaign execution. Maintain periodic reports on branding initiatives, campaign effectiveness, and content performance. Internal Communication Assist in developing internal newsletters, announcements, and campaigns that foster employee engagement and reflect the brand voice. Partner with HR and leadership to drive internal branding initiatives. Creative & Strategic Support Provide creative collaterals for customer-facing teams to enhance customer experience post-possession and during leasing. Ideate and execute campaigns that highlight the brand’s values and the customer promise. Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in content writing or marketing communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling. Hands-on experience with social media content, PR communication, and leadership messaging.
