We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Corporate Training Sales to drive business growth by selling employee training programs to companies, industries, manufacturing plants, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with HR and L&D (Learning &Development) professionals, and closing deals to expand our corporate training footprint. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or a similar role. Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management. Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools. Preferred Industry Experience: Corporate Training, EdTech, HR Solutions, or B2B Sales. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
