Manager, Creative & Content Location: Mumbai (Client Side) Employment Type - Full-time (Hybrid Role) Were looking for a creatively driven, results-oriented professional to join Blink Digital, focusing on content, social media, and the broader digital content ecosystem. This role champions a content-first, consumer-centric approach, driving creative collaboration across teams to engage today s evolving audience. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who understands how to leverage content across platforms, stays ahead of emerging trends, and uses KPIs to optimize performance. Working closely with the Heads of Content and Digital Marketing, they will liaise with internal teams and partners to uphold brand standards and deliver impactful digital experiences. On any given day you might: Act as a Brand Custodian to review, refine, and elevate content, ensuring alignment with brand identity, platform standards, and regulatory norms. Collaborate with brand teams to maintain consistency and quality across all content outputs. Implement processes to regularly audit content for compliance and brand integrity. Take strategic ownership of PRI s digital platforms, guiding high-level strategy and day-to-day optimizations to increase engagement Work collaboratively with a team of agency partners (creative, digital, website and SEO), production houses directing and maintaining consistency in the voice and visual language of the brand Collaborate with brand managers, and agencies to develop content that is optimized for platforms as per formats, placements, audience parameters Drive partnerships with creators & tastemakers and work with the digital team to bring the brand vision to life Understand the digital media plans to manage creation of critical creative assets for timely execution of the proposed plan. Lead the exploration and development of fresh, impactful content formats that balance efficiency with immersive consumer experiences. Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative thinking and experimentation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance content strategies. Should know and use the latest digital technology to better connect to new audience cohorts PRI is focusing on. Ensure better content/media effectiveness and overall ROI for PRI. Must have experience in handling social media teams, running 360 campaigns in earlier roles to bring in the best practices and up to date industry knowledge. Extremely detail oriented with strong optimization skills. Design and implement digital-first strategies for marquee campaigns and agile activations that deliver against key digital KPIs. Analyze performance data to refine strategies and optimize content effectiveness. Must have worked in developing creative content across digital channels: social media, content platforms (for example YouTube), e-commerce, q-commerce, website, GDN, SEO, Display Ads, Native and mobile (messaging platforms like WhatsApp, mobile-apps and mobile ads). The Ideal Person Bachelor of Management Studies/ MBA or equivalent. Experience in the luxury and fashion industry will be considered an added advantage. At least three years of agency experience is required. Proven track record of creative leadership and strategic content development. Applied understanding of content requirements in digital marketing across different platforms. Experience working on FMCG brands is preferred; experience in alco-bev is welcomed but not mandated. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with brand teams and agency partners. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. You Bring Bachelor of Management Studies/ MBA or equivalent. At least 8+ years of relevant experience
