The Big Picture As the Customer Acquisition Manager , you will lead and manage a team of sales and growth specialists, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue expansion. Your goal will be to refine and execute sales strategies, increase conversion rates, and optimize the sales funnel to drive sustained revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing, business development, and leadership teams to build scalable, results-driven sales processes. What you can expect as a Market Acquisition Manager at Illumine-i: Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales and growth specialists to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute sales-driven customer acquisition strategies, focusing on high-value leads and conversion optimization. Drive pipeline growth, accelerate sales cycles, and improve close rates through data-driven sales tactics. Oversee lead qualification efforts, ensuring high-intent prospects are efficiently converted into customers. Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement strategies to improve team effectiveness. Identify emerging sales opportunities, track industry trends, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of competitors. Align closely with growth marketing to ensure strong lead generation, sales enablement, and campaign effectiveness. Essential Qualifications include: Bachelors degree in engineering, MBA is a plus 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, revenue generation, or business development in engineering, cleantech or related industries in NATAM/EU Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving/exceeding sales targets. Hands-on experience managing sales teams and optimizing sales processes. Expertise in B2B sales, consultative selling, and customer acquisition strategies. Data-driven mindset with a focus on sales analytics and performance improvement. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
