Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Put the organizations talent and human resources strategy into action. Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert positions. Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy. Handle disciplinary proceedings . Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments,. deductions, taxes and third party payments) . Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems. To proactively and positively liaise with local statutory and government authorities as well as environment and build stakeholder relations . To anchor key HR processes such as: Statutory Compliance, Workforce planning, Wage Administration, Performance Management, HR Budget Management, Capability Building & Development, Reports & Compliances,. Preferred candidate profile: Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
