Job Description

1.Digital Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement. 2. Social Media Management Develop and execute content plans for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Grow social media followers and engagement through organic and paid strategies. Run targeted real estate ad campaigns and track ROI. 3. Content Marketing & Branding Create engaging content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and email newsletters. Oversee video marketing efforts, including virtual property tours and promotional videos. Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels. 4. Lead Generation & CRM Develop lead generation campaigns using landing pages, email marketing, and online ads. Manage and segment leads within CRM tools to ensure effective follow-ups and conversions. Track and report lead quality, customer interactions, and sales funnel performance. 5. Analytics & Performance Tracking Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights to track performance. Generate monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI. Implement data-driven improvements to marketing strategies.
