Job Title: Franchise Manager – Education Sector Location: Noida Industry: Education / EdTech / Learning & Development Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Job Description: We are hiring a motivated and experienced Franchise Manager to join our team in the education sector , based in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in franchise management or business development, preferably within educational services, EdTech, or training institutions. Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the operations of existing educational franchise centers. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners aligned with the company’s expansion strategy. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing operational support to franchisees. Ensure franchise partners adhere to academic quality standards, brand guidelines, and compliance norms. Monitor performance metrics and work with franchisees to improve enrollment, retention, and service quality. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support franchise growth. Conduct periodic reviews and site visits to ensure smooth operations and consistency across all centers. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the education or EdTech sector . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field. Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. A self-starter with a results-driven approach.
