Role & responsibilities Responsible for complete employee life-cycle for e.g: on-boarding, confirmation, transfer etc Lead a team of HR professionals and ensure the seamless execution of lifecycle events while maintaining compliance with internal policies Ensure adherence to all TATs linked to departmental process Continuously review and improve lifecycle processes for efficiency and employee experience. Audit accuracy of employee data uploaded on HRMS. Audit quality of resolution provided on employee queries Monitor and report SLAs related to employee help-desk Responsible for MIS reporting on multiple processes Ensure compliance to HR policies Proficient in excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1 year HRONE experience is must Perks and benefits As per norms
