Role Details : Function Enterprise - Central|FAE Location Pune Designation Manager FAE Role Related Key Skills Technical Support to customer Exposure in semiconductor domain Stakeholder management Role Objective We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Field Application Engineer (FAE) to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to act as the bridge between our company and customers, providing expert technical support for semiconductor products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in semiconductor devices and electronic components, combined with excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers and internal teams Role Responsibilities : Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions that align with product offerings. Promote Manufacturers products to Customer base. Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers during product selection, design, and integration phases. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any technical issues or challenges. Provide technical support to customers and assist with the integration and application of semiconductor products. The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of farming & managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows Should be output driven and adept in logical reasoning Project management skills to manage the engagement End to end knowledge on Sales to fulfillment Key Stakeholders : Internal Sales Team To identify customer needs External Supplier/manufacturers To understand the product portfolio External Customer To understand value proposition to be delivered Qualification & Experience : Work Experience 5-8 years of experience in technical support or application engineering role within the semiconductor or electronic components industry. Proven experience with semiconductor/electronic components Knowledge/ Skills Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, including device operation, circuit design, and signal processing. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Education Tech from a reputed institute 2. MBA/M.Tech from a reputed institute
