Responsibilities Co-ordination with ABEX team for day today accounting for promoter group entities Handling statutory Audit and Tax audit of promoter group entities in co ordination with ABEX team Assisting for various meetings for review of the performance by various businesses Ensuring the book hygiene for all the promoter entities Assisting for various special transactions by coordinating with various stakeholders Ensuring the documentation for various transactions for financing and investments Assisting in the Financial Control for all the promoter entities Qualifications CA with 2-3 years Experience, or MBA with 7 years Experience
