Key Responsibilities Payables & Receivables Management Manage end-to-end vendor payments, AP cycles, and alignment with cash flow strategy. Partner with merchandising & ops teams to optimize payment schedules, terms, and sell-through. Identify process gaps in tools/systems and drive improvements with cross-functional & product teams. Monitor vendor SLAs, pricing/margin adherence, and explore vendor financing models. Reconcile vendor ledgers, invoice vs. shipment quantities, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Track and process all operational/business expenses – marketing, admin, utilities, rentals, staff reimbursements, etc. Conduct monthly GST reconciliations with vendor filings. Lead receivables tracking across B2B/B2C (online & offline), ensure tight reconciliation & DSO improvement. Manage COD/POL fund tracking and coordinate with courier partners for remittance delays. Banking, Cashflow & Reporting Lead working capital and cashflow planning; manage banking relationships, forex, and liquidity needs. Drive automation and digitization in AR/AP processes. MIS reporting – business P&L, inventory, liquidation, and cashflows. Track fixed costs, payables by sourcing models, and cash conversion cycle (CCC). Reconcile marketplace payouts, charges, and ensure timely collections. Handle import compliance, advance remittances, and BOE settlements. Show more Show less
